Adopt Resolution No. 11671. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\nadopting regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidates’\nstatements submitted to the voters at an election to be held on Tuesday, November\n3, 2026.\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 11673. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\nRequesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange to consolidate a\nGeneral Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 with the\nStatewide General Election to be held on the same date pursuant to Elections Code\nSection 10403.\n4. Identify Members of the City Council to file arguments for and/or against the\nmeasure and adopt Resolution No. 11672. A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Orange setting priorities for filing written arguments regarding a City\nmeasure and directing the City Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis for the\nmeasure to be submitted to the voters at the General Municipal Election to be held\non Tuesday, November 3, 2026.\n5. Adopt Resolution No. 11674.
