6.15 July 4th Fireworks Celebration on the Lake\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Special Production Agreement with Pyro Spectacular for the July 4th fireworks show in an amount not to exceed $55,000 for the Annual Fireworks Show on Lake Elsinore in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $5,500 for uncertainties and adjustments, and the recommended traffic detour map as approved by the City Engineer.
