7.\nADOPT A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR\nTHE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 ANNUAL MISCELLANEOUS INFRASTRUCTURE\nREPAIRS PROJECT (PW-719-25); AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO\nMIKE BUBALO CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $748,205;\nAPPROPRIATE AND ALLOCATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$489,711 FROM GAS TAX, MEASURE M, MEASURE R AND PROP C FUNDS TO\nTHE PROJECT; APPROVE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION EXPENDITURES NOT\nTO EXCEED $74,821 WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 10% OF THE\nCONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT; AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO\nEXECUTE ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS; AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK\nTO RECORD THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE\nWORK BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the\nResolution to:\n1.\nApprove the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026\nAnnual Miscellaneous Infrastructure Repairs Project (City Project No. PW-719-\n25);\n2.\nAward a construction contract to Mike Bubalo Construction Co, Inc. in the\namount of $748,205;\n3.\nAppropriate and allocate additional funds in the amount of $489,711 from Gas\nTax, Measure M, Measure R, and Prop C Funds to the project;\n4.\nApprove additional construction expenditures not to exceed $74,821, which is\napproximately 10% of the construction contract amount;\n5.\nAuthorize the City Manager to Execute all Contract Documents; and\n6.\nAuthorize the City Clerk to Record the Notice of Completion upon Acceptance\nof the Work by the Public Works Director.
