9.\nExchange Agreement with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation\nAuthority.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve Exchange Agreement and Assignment of Federal Surface\nTransportation Program-Local (STP-L) Funds with Los Angeles County\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) in the amount of $186,322 as\npart of Metro’s STP-L Exchange Program from federal funds to state funds;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Exchange Agreement in a form\napproved by the City Attorney;\n3. Accept exchanged STP-L funds in the amount of $186,322 from Metro’s\nExchange STP-L Exchange Program and approve an adjustment to the\nfiscal year (FY) 2025-26 State Grant revenue budget by $186,322; and\n4.
