(12)\n26-0385\nHOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to\nthe Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) and the City\nAdministrative Officer (CAO), with the Los Angeles Housing\nDepartment (LAHD) and HR&A Advisors, to report on the progress of\ntransitioning households in the Time Limited Subsidy program with\nexpiring funding into permanent housing, and related matters.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Raman -\nMcOsker):\nREQUEST the LAHSA and INSTRUCT the CAO, with the support of\nthe LAHD and HR&A Advisors, to report on:\na. The progress transitioning households in slots with expiring\nfunding out of the program.\nb. The projected number of households in City-funded slots who\nwill not be able to successfully exit the program before the end\nof the fiscal year.\nc. Recommendations on how to support households who don’t\nhave an exit plan whose slots are expiring.\nd. The projected regional impact of expiring state and federal\nfunding that was awarded directly to LAHSA.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
