13. RESOLUTION: FY 2026-2027 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION FOR THE ROAD REPAIR\nAND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 (SB1 BEALL) – F2M26-27, R2M26-11\nThe Road Repair and Accountability Act stipulates that, prior to receiving Road\nMaintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funds in a fiscal year, a city or county\nmust submit to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) a project list pursuant to\nan adopted resolution. This information is due by July 1, 2026. Staff is proposing a Street\nRehabilitation Project for FY 2026-2027 that includes design services and street\nrehabilitation (including but not limited to pavement, striping, ADA ramps, sidewalk, curb\nand gutter, etc.) on public streets bound by Atlantic Blvd., Garfield Ave., Huntington Dr.,\nMonterey Ave., Chapel Ave. and Main St. It is anticipated that the City will receive\n$2,318,224.00 from the RMRA Fund for FY 2026-2027.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Resolution No. R2M26-11 entitled: A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Alhambra, California adopting the Fiscal Year\n2026-27 list of projects funded by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act; and,\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
