8.10 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS WITH BNSF RAILWAY COMPANY FOR THE\nREPLACEMENT OF RAILROAD CROSSING SURFACES – It is recommended the City\nCouncil approve the agreements with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company for\nthe replacement of railway crossing surfaces; authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreements on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to approve additional costs\nup to 20 percent of the total project construction cost.\n8.10 BNSF Agreement Approval
