12.\nWorkshop Framework and One-Time Funding Directon\nRecommended Actions for the City Council:\n— 1. Provide direction on the make-up, focus, structure, and timing of the three workshops in the\nseries;\n— 2. Receive a presentation on available one-time funding, including total dollar amounts by category\nand budget cycle;\n— 3. Provide direction on the priorities for the use of one-time funds, including but not limited to:\ncurrent city facility upgrades and maintenance, streets and roads, and larger capital projects such as\nthe Library and Corporate Yard; and\n— 4. Provide any other direction to staff as deemed appropriate.\nMEMBER/STAFF CLOSING COMMENTS
