4.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE\nCONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH AZTECS TELECOM INC. FOR THE\nBROADBAND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Construction Contract with Aztecs Telecom Inc.\nfor the City of Huntington Park Broadband Infrastructure Project, increasing the\ncontract not-to-exceed amount to $17,826,470; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 and all related\ndocuments.
