Award bid and authorize the City Manager to enter into a construction\ncontract with Matich Corporation for the construction of the VoH Liberty\nLoop Patching and Pavement Rehabilitation Project in the amount of\n$2,548,691.00 and authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of\n$254,869.10 (DE-26-97-SB).\n2.
