6. RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH LA COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT FOR FORD\nPARK ABC FIELD\nThe Public Works Department has been coordinating with Los Angeles County Sanitation District\n(County) for the rehabilitation of the County’s trunk sewer line that traverses the City from the\nsoutherly city boundary to the northern city boundary. The most southerly portion of the trunk sewer\nline is along the western edge of Southern California Edison ROW portion of the ABC Soccer\nField. The repair work is necessary for continued service with maintenance free activities of these\nimportant infrastructure conveyance systems. The project is anticipated to take place from June\n2023 through October 2023.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution, approving the Right of Entry Agreement between the City of\nBell Gardens and the Los Angeles County Sanitation District, for work within the Southern\nCalifornia Edison Easement along the western edge of the Bell Gardens ABC Soccer Field;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the required documents.
