9. PARKING POLICIES AND PROGRAMS\nThe Bell Gardens Public Works Department has received input from residents expressing\nconcerns regarding limited parking availability in residential locations. As part of an effort to address\nthese concerns various policies and programs have been implemented to provide residents with\nthe resources to address their needs.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion receive and file this report.
