PUBLIC HEARINGS\n1.\nAPPROVAL OF THE FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME\nINVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP GRANT FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan and authorize the City Manager, or his\ndesignee, to submit the document and the required certifications to the U.S. Department of Housing and\nUrban Development; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to modify and execute any and all appropriate instruments,\nagreements, contracts, and implementing documents related to the implementation and administration of\nthe proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan, Community Development Block Grant Program,\nand HOME Investment Partnerships Program, including subrecipient grant contracts and agreements, on\nthe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's appropriation to the City.
