(4)\n26-0410\nCD 6\nCATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE\nCITY ENGINEER relative to an offer to dedicate an easement for\nsidewalk purposes lying on 14876 Raymer Street - Right of Way No.\n36000-10349.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. FIND that the dedication of an easement for sidewalk purposes\nlying on 14876 Raymer Street (Dedication) is categorically\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970\npursuant to Article III, Class 5(4) of the City's Environmental\nGuidelines.\n2. ACCEPT the petitioner's offer for the Dedication, substantially\nas shown on the Exhibit Map of the March 17, 2026 City\nEngineer report, attached to the Council file.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to acquire the\nDedication.\n4. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to forward a copy of the Council\naction on this project to the Bureau of Engineering, Survey\nDivision for processing.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that a $3,416.51\nfee for processing this report was paid pursuant to Sections 7.3 and\n7.41.1 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code. No additional City\nfunds are needed.
