(40)\n21-0775-S11\nCD 9\nMOTION (PRICE - HUTT) relative to authorizing to utilize remaining\nfunding balance to finalize the project and maintain housing for those\ndisplaced by the explosion.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. DIRECT that the Council, subject to the approval of Mayor,\napprove the following: AUTHORIZE and instruct the General\nManager of the Community Investment for Families Department\n(CIFD) or its designee, to retroactively reinstate and amend the\nexpired Occupancy Agreement (Contract No. C-138578) with\nONNI 888 OLIVE STREET LP from January 31, 2026, to a new\ntermination date up to and including through December 31,\n2026, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form,\nand to the extent any services have been provided or performed\nby ONNI 888 OLIVE STREET LP in accordance with the terms\nand conditions of the Occupancy Agreement, those services are\nhereby ratified.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Chief Legislative Analyst to make any\ntechnical corrections, clarifications, or revisions as necessary to\nthe above instructions to further the motion’s intent.
