(3)\n26-0550\nCD 11\nCATEGORICAL EXEMPTION, COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY\nENGINEER and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the\ndedication of City-owned real property as public street lying on the\nnorth side of 98th Street between Sepulveda Boulevard and Vicksburg\nAvenue - Right of Way No 36000-10373.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. FIND that this dedication of City-owned land as a public\nsidewalk is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act of 1970, under Article III, Class 5(4)\nof the City's Environmental Guidelines.\n2. DEDICATE, ACCEPT and ESTABLISH the City-owned Real\nproperty lying on the north side of 98th Street between\nSepulveda Boulevard and Vicksburg Avenue, as shown on the\nExhibit Map of the April 10, 2026 City Engineer report, attached\nto the Council file, as part of 98th Street, a public street of said\nCity.\n3. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated\nApril 14, 2026, dedicating, accepting, and establishing as part of\n98th Street certain real property owned by the City from\nSepulveda Boulevard to Vicksburg Avenue, all public streets of\nthe City.\n4. FIND that this dedication, acceptance, and establishment, of\nCity-owned real property as public street is in substantial\nconformance with the purpose, intent, and provisions of the\nGeneral Plan, pursuant to Section 556 of the City Charter.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Engineer.\nNeither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative\nAnalyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
