(59)\n26-0583\nCD 1\nMOTION (HERNANDEZ - JURADO) relative to funding for\ncoordinating enhanced graffiti removal and programming at Mac Arthur\nPark through June 30, 2026 as part of several efforts to improve the\npark.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $24,392 from the AB 1290\nFund No. 53P Account No. 281201 (CD 1 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to the Department of Recreation and Parks\nFund No. 302/89, Account No. 89724H (Sports & Cultural\nProgramming), Subaccount MacArthur for enhanced graffiti\nremoval and programming.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks to make\nany corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund\ntransfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
