CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on July\n23, 2025 for the Project.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving\nthe California Municipal Finance Authority to issue revenue\nbonds or notes in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$20,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition,\nconstruction, improvement, renovation, furnishing, and\nequipping of the Project located at 9030-9038 Reading Avenue\nin Council District 11.
