CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on\nMarch 17, 2026 for the Project.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving\nthe issuance and/or reissueance bonds in an amount not to\nexceed $15,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition,\nconstruction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and\nequipping of a 73-unit multifamily rental housing project known\nas 11939 Culver, located at 11939-11947 Culver Boulevard in\nCouncil District 11.
