(47)\n26-0561\nCD 2\nMOTION (NAZARIAN - HUTT) relative to funding for a personal\nservices contract with Paschal Roth Public Affairs, Inc., for expertise\nthe Councilmember needs relative to his Council Office that is not\notherwise available.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. APPROVE the personal services contract with Paschal Roth\nPublic Affairs, Inc. for providing services to the Second Council\nDistrict as set forth therein the Motion.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember of the Second District be\nauthorized to execute this contract on behalf of the City, and\nthat the City Clerk is instructed to encumber the necessary\nfunds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council\nFund for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and to reflect it as a charge\nagainst the budget of the involved Council Office.
