APPROVAL OF LIVE ENTERTAINMENT AGREEMENT WITH TLC CREATIVE\nTECHNOLOGY FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION MULTI-MEDIA AND LASER\nSHOW\nAdoption of Resolution and approval of a live entertainment agreement with TLC Creative\nTechnology for a three-year term with the option of two one-year extensions.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1.
