7. LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT WITH VEREGY PACIFIC, LLC FOR INVESTMENT GRADE AUDIT SERVICES TO EVALUATE ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES\nProposed Motion:\n1. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute the Letter of Engagement with Veregy Pacific, LLC to perform investment grade audit of various City-owned facilities.\n2. Direct staff to coordinate with the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Committee to collaboratively and iteratively adjust the scope of work to align with City interests and needs.
