Atkinson Construction, LLC, in the\namount of $23,743,815, for the Orangewood Avenue Bridge Widening over the Santa Ana River\nProject; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the contract and related documents\nand to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the contract; and authorize and\ndirect the Finance Director to execute the Escrow Agreement pertaining to contract retentions.
