AND REDWING DR. & CACTUS AVE (REPORT OF: PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES) (DISTRICT 3)\nRequest to Review and Consider the Public Arts Commission's Approval of Utility Box Art Program Application- Andrew Lyko at the Corners of Nason St. & Bay Ave. (Moreno Elementary School) and Redwing Dr. & Cactus Ave. (Woodland Park).\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council and Community Services District:\n1. Receive and file the artist presentation;\n2. Review and consider the Public Arts Commission's approval of Utility Box Art Program Application from Andrew Lyko for the design of two utility box wraps at the intersections of Nason St. & Bay Ave. (Moreno Elementary School) and Redwing Dr. & Cactus Ave. (Woodland Park); and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director and or its designee to enter into an agreement for services with the approved applicant utilizing funding from DIF Public Art Fund 3316.\n@
