Approve the Cooperative Agreement between the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, the City of Moreno Valley, and Starlight USA, LLC, for the Moreno Master Drainage Plan Line F-2, Stage 4, and Line F-15, Stage 1,\nlocated on Redlands Boulevard and Hemlock Avenue;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Agreement; and\n3. Direct the City Clerk to forward the signed Cooperative Agreement to the District.
