Authorize the City Manager to execute anamendment to the agreement with Bernards Bros, Inc. to provide ConstructionManagement at Risk services for the State Building Demolition project in theamount of $839,160, with $83,916 for unforeseen conditions, for a total amountof $923,076 and a new total contract value of $1,773,076, for a two-year termbeginning May 5, 2026, and expiring May 4, 2028, with an option for two, one-year extensions (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX).2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Land Transfer Agreement betweenthe City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of theState of California, for transfer of the Plaza of the Fountains parcel in the CivicCenter (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX).3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an easement deed to convey accessrights to the County of Orange over the Plaza of the Fountains parcel.
