7.\nApprove an agreement with The Vitality Group, LLC, in the estimated annual amount of $124,105\nwith additional administrative fees, for an employee wellness program, for a three year term, with\ntwo one-year optional renewals, and authorize the Human Resources Director, or designee, to\nexecute renewal options, and any other related actions and documents necessary to implement\nand administer the agreement (services will be fully funded by the City’s health insurance partner,\nBlue Shield, through a wellness stipend).
