Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Southern CaliforniaRegional Rail Authority (SCRRA) to provide Design Support in an amount not-to-exceed $315,000 for a three-year term beginning May 5, 2026 and expiringMay 4, 2029, with provisions for two, one-year extensions (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX).7. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with U.S Department ofTransportation (USDOT) and the California Department of Transportation(Caltrans) to receive RAISE Grant funds for the Santa Ana Boulevard GradeSeparation project (Agreement No. A-2026-XXX).
