23.\nCONSIDER A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HAWKE MEDIA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND\nIMPLEMENTATION OF A PLACE-MAKING, IDENTITY, AND INTEGRATED MARKETING STRATEGY (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\n— 1. APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with Hawke Media for the development and implementation of\na citywide communications plan in an amount not to exceed $79,500; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement and any related documents, subject to approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
