5.\nAGREEMENT - PRODUCTION OF THE CITY’S NEWSLETTER PUBLICATIONS\nStaff recommend City Council approve an agreement with Intergraphics Company, in the amount of $87,732\nfrom July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with an optional two one-year extensions for the printing of the\nCity's newsletter publications; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any extensions\nand amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority,\non behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
