29.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NEWMARK OF\nSOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, INC., TO CONTINUE PROVIDING REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES AND\nINCREASING THE TOTAL CONTRACT SUM TO $173,500 FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR (CITY COUNCIL)\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Newmark of Southern California,\nInc., to continue providing real estate brokerage services and increasing the the total contract sum to\n$173,500, for one additional year; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
