ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 26-5871, DECLARING THE CITY’S\nINTENTION TO LEVY AND COLLECT LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT\nASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2026-2027 AND ESTABLISHING THE\nTIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PUBLIC OBJECTIONS\nThe City Council is requested to adopt a resolution declaring the City's intention to\nlevy and collect Lighting and Maintenance District Assessments for Fiscal Year\n2026-2027.\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the Engineer’s Report for the Temple City Citywide Lighting and\nMaintenance District (District) for FY 2026-2027; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 26-5871.
