7.\nAGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 13 – PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES – EXTENDING TERM TO\nJUNE 30, 2027\nStaff recommend City Council approve Amendment No. 13, extending the term of the agreement with\nParking Concepts, Incorporated, for an additional one-year term expiring on June 30, 2027, as well as\nupdating the payment terms; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and any written\nnotices on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
