Payroll Demand Schedule No. 8B\nRecommendation:\nThat the City Council and Board of Directors ratify Payroll Demand Schedule No.\n8B for the payroll period of February 13, 2026, through February 27, 2026, in total\namount of $2,470,746.59. This total includes:\n•\nEmployee Check Nos. 34819, 34821 through 34824 in the amount of\n$11,385.09.\n•\nVendor Check Nos. 34825 through 34829 in the amount of $702.31.\n•\nAdvice Nos. 340426 through 341006 in the amount of $1,580,987.87; and\n•\nVendor Electronic Payments totaling $877,671.32.\nAll expenditures are consistent with the adopted Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Budget\n(covering July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026).
