4.7 An Amendment to the City’s Schedule of Administrative Citation Fines\nand Penalties Related to Implementation of Short‐Term Rental\nRegulations.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1) Find and determine that the proposed project is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15273 (Rates,\nTolls, Fares, and Charges) of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of\nRegulations, and Section 21080(b)(8) of Division 13, Chapter 2.6 of the Public\nResources Code; and\n2) Adopt a Resolution entitled: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF LAGUNA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND RESTATING THE SCHEDULE\nOF ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION FINES AND PENALTIES.”
