4.10 Authority to Advertise Citywide Sidewalk Repairs and Concrete\nConstruction Project, CIP No. 106 and Approval of Cost Sharing\nAgreement for La Paz Road Sidewalk Widening Project\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the plans and specifications\nfor the Citywide Sidewalk Repairs and Concrete Construction Project, CIP\nNo. 106; 2) Authorize the advertisement for bids for the Citywide Sidewalk\nRepairs and Concrete Construction Project, CIP No. 106; 3) Allow the City\nEngineer to make minor edits to the plans and specifications as necessary;\n4) Approve the Cost Sharing and Cooperative Agreement for La Paz Road\nSidewalk Widening Project; 5) Authorize the City Manager or City Attorney to\nmake minor modifications to the Agreement, as necessary; 6) Authorize the City\nManager to execute the Agreement; and 7) Find that environmental review is not\nrequired under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the\nCalifornia Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Section 15301 as a Class 1\nCategorical Exemption - “Existing Facilities.”
