J.\nStreet Lighting Assessment District - That the City Council adopt:\n1. Resolution 7774 initiating the annual levy of the street lighting\nassessment; and, 2. Resolution 7775 setting the date for the public\nhearing for June 8, 2026; and, 3. Resolution 7776 approving the\nEngineer's Report. No increase in assessments is projected for\nFiscal Year 2026-2027.
