H.\nAwarding and Authorizing Professional Services Agreements\nwith OCY Management, LLC, and Parking Concepts, Inc., dba\nTransportation Concepts, to Provide Transportation Services\nfor Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities  -  That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7771:  1. Approving and awarding a\nProfessional Services Agreement with OCY Management, LLC\n(OCY Management) for a not-to-exceed amount of $180,000 to\n\nprovide transportation services for seniors and individuals with\ndisabilities for a three (3) year term; and, 2. Approving and awarding\na Professional Services Agreement with Parking Concepts, Inc., dba\nTransportation Concepts (Transportation Concepts), for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $724,000 to provide transportation services for\nseniors and individuals with disabilities for a three (3) year term;\nand, 3. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute the\nAgreements; and, 4. Authorizing the City Manager to approve\noptions to extend the term with OCY Management, LLC. (OCY\nManagement) for two (2) additional one-year terms after its original\nterm for an additional not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 per one-\nyear term extension; and, 5. Authorizing the City Manager to\napprove options to extend the term with Parking Concepts, Inc., dba\nTransportation Concepts (Transportation Concepts), for two (2)\nadditional one-year terms after its original term. For each extension\nperiod, the total compensation shall not exceed the amount paid\nduring the preceding term, adjusted by the percentage change in the\nConsumer Price Index (CPI-U) for the Los Angeles-Long Beach-\nAnaheim, CA area for the month of March of the current year. In no\nevent shall the annual adjustment to the not-to-exceed amount\nexceed five percent (5%).\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING
