C.\nApproving and Authorizing Professional Services Agreement\nwith Yunex, LLC for Traffic Signal Maintenance Services - That\nthe City Council adopt Resolution 7766: 1. Authorizing the City\nManager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Yunex,\nLLC, to provide Traffic Signal Maintenance Services for a three (3)\nyear term in a not-to-exceed amount of $500,000; and, 2.\nAuthorizing and directing the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager the option to\nextend the Agreement up to two (2) additional one-year terms after\nits original term for a not-to-exceed amount of $166,667 per\nadditional term.
