E.\nApplication for Grant Funds for the Orange County Waste &\nRecycling Regional Recycling and Edible Food Recovery\nProgram  -  That the City Council adopt Resolution 7768: 1.\n\nApproving the joint application for grant funds related to the Orange\nCounty Waste & Recycling Regional Recycling and Edible Food\nRecovery Program with Abound Food Care to manage and expand\nthe City’s Edible Food Recovery program, with the City of Seal\nBeach as the lead agency, and to accept any funds awarded\nthrough the Program; and, 2. Directing the City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all necessary documents to apply for, accept,\nreceive, and utilize the grant funding to participate in the grant\nprogram, including incorporation in the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year\nBudget as a Budget Amendment.
