F.\nApproving and Authorizing the Purchase of Marine Safety\nUniforms for Beach Lifeguards, Pool Lifeguards, and Junior\nLifeguards  -  That the City Council adopt Resolution 7769: 1.\nAuthorizing the purchase of Marine Safety uniforms for Beach\nLifeguards, Pool Lifeguards, and Junior Lifeguards from Quicksilver\nin the amount of $37,463.00; and, 2. Finding that, due to the\ncircumstances applicable to this purchase, dispensing with formal\nbidding will reduce the net cost to the City; and, 3. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to approve a purchase order with\nQuicksilver and execute any necessary related documents for the\nuniform purchase.
