A\nConsideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 572.3, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with\nKingdom Causes Bellflower to provide coordinated homeless outreach, case\nmanagement, and community mobilization services to assist those\nexperiencing homelessness, and approve a budget amendment to fund\nservices for FY 26/27.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 572.3, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2) Approve\na budget amendment to carry forward an estimated $24,000 in anticipated unspent\nfunds from the Drug Education Fund Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention\nAccount 037-44802-2510 from FY 2025-26 to FY 2026-27, and transfer $53,500\nfrom the unfilled Sheriff Motor Deputy position 010-42173-2200 to the Rapid\nRehousing and Homeless Prevention – Public Safety Support Services Account\n010-44802-2230; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this\nitem.
