3.6 APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CONTRACT\nDOCUMENTS FOR CITYWIDE CATCH BASIN CONNECTOR\nPIPE SCREEN INSTALLATION PROJECT PHASE 3\nACTION:\n1) Approve the construction plans, specifications, and contract\ndocuments for the Citywide Catch Basin Connector Pipe\nScreen Installation Project Phase 3.\n2) Authorize staff to award the contract in accordance with the\nCity's procurement and competitive bidding procedures, within\nthe approved project budget.\n3) Approve a new capital improvement project in the amount of\n$206,400 for Citywide Catch Basin Connector Pipe Screen\nInstallation Project Phase 3.\n4) Approve a budget adjustment for $206,400 for the new\ncapital improvement project.\n5) Approve the engineer's estimate, construction contingency\nand funding summary.\n3.6
