Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Permit Implementation Agreement - Approval\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;\nb) Approve the Amended and Restated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater Permit Implementation Agreement between the County of Orange, Orange County Flood Control District, and participating Orange County cities; and\nc) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement and any related documents necessary to implement the terms of the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Agreement
