4.G.\nCANINE RETIREMENT AGREEMENT WITH OFFICER CAMERON BOYER TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF\nPOLICE SERVICE DOG ADAM TO HIS CARE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement transferring ownership and responsibility for Police Service\nDog “Adam” from the City of Buena Park to his handler, Officer Cameron Boyer; 2) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Attorney to make any non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the Agreement.
