8.2.\nPublic Hearing to consider the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan for the\nCommunity development block grants, home investment partnerships, and programs are all \npart of the community development block grant program.\n1.\nConduct and close Public Hearing.\n2.\nApprove the draft Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan and authorize the City\nManager or his designee to execute the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Memorandum of\nUnderstanding City departments, Subrecipient Agreements with non-profit organizations\nagencies, and all related U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\ndocuments.\n3.\nAuthorize staff to incorporate comments received at the Public Hearing and make\nnon-material corrections to the Annual Action Plan, if required, before submitting to\nthe Department of Housing and Urban Development.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff Report\nAttachment 1 Summary of Funding Recommendations\nAttachment 2 Award Letter for Fiscal Year 2026-2027\nAttachment 3 Draft 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan\nAttachments:
