15.1 Planning Application No. 2021-19 (Rome Hill Commercial - TPM No. 39493) - A\nRequest to Subdivide an Existing 6.77-acre Parcel into Two Parcels with One\nLetter Lot Located at the Corner of Grand Avenue and Kathryn Way Recommendation:\n1. Find that the proposed subdivision is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 and 15315 (Class\n15, Minor Land Divisions) since the proposed subdivision project would not have a\nsignificant effect on the environment and no new environmental documentation is\nnecessary because all potentially significant effects have been adequately analyzed\nin a previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND; SCH No.\n2025090173); and\n2. Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE\nELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 39493\nTO SUBDIVIDE AN EXISTING 6.77-ACRE SITE INTO TWO PARCELS (2.19-\nACRES AND 4.53-ACRES) AND ONE 0.05-ACRE LETTER LOT FOR THE ROME\nHILL COMMERCIAL PROJECT LOCATED AT APN 371-150-017.
