13.6 Agreement with Dost Engineering for the Design of the Limited Street\nSidewalk Improvements Project (CIP Project No. Z10109) Recommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith Dost Engineering in the amount of $83,360 for the design of the Limited Street\nSidewalk Improvements Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney;\nauthorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency\namount of $8,336, and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once the work is complete.
