5.\nADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF THE "ROAD\nREPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017" PROPOSED PROJECT LIST FOR\nFY 2026-27\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Adopt\nResolution R26-16 authorizing the approval of the "Road Repair and\nAccountability Act of 2017 (Senate Bill 1)" Proposed Project List for the City of\nPalos Verdes Estates; and 2. Direct the City's Public Works Director to submit\nthe Project List and supporting documentation to the California\nTransportation Commission (CTC).
