13.\nCONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH DRILTEK, INC. - This item considers\namending the current contract for the Needham Ranch Open Space Oil Wells Plugging\nand Abandonment Project.\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize an amendment to the existing contract with Driltek, Inc., for the plugging\nand abandonment of six oil wells at Needham Ranch Open Space, increasing\nexpenditure authority in the amount of $98,000 for a total contract amount not to\nexceed $1,893,690.\n2. Authorize the transfer of project savings in the amount of $98,000 from the North\nOaks Park Sewer Project P3038 (Fund 601), expenditure account P3038601-516101,\nto the Needham Ranch Oil Wells Plug and Abandonment Project P2025, expenditure\naccount P2025601-516101.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney review.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda.
